Tasbeeh Targets 2024
New year aims are different for everyone but there is one aim this year that all of us should include in our list. i.e. making more and more time in our daily routine for tasbeeh. Some wise person has said, that every moment in which we don't glorify ALLAH subhanahu wa ta'ala is a waste. Doing tasbeeh in our daily routine is a target all of us should look forward to. It is always good to do tasbeeh with wudu and clean body and heart conditions, but if we are not in a pure condition, even then tasbeeh could be the best friend we have. Let us have a look at these beloved tasbeeh words from hadith references of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
The first tasbeeh we have on the list is the beauty of precision. It glorifies ALLAH with few words referring to uncountable values. Like: the number of all the creatures big and small made by Him, by the value of tasbeeh by which He Himself agrees, equals to the weight of His Azeem Arsh (throne) which is extended to the expansion of all skies and the earth, and lastly equals to the ink which is used in writing His words, for which it is said in Quran, ink is not enough to write His words even if it consumes all the ocean waters and even if they get help from more oceans all together.
The second tasbeeh in this list is the combined favorite of Malaika ( angels ) and humans. ALLAH loves these words of tasbeeh to listen from His creatures and they are heavy in the book of action to add good deeds. Alhamdulillah !!
The third tasbeeh in this list gives us a chance to glorify ALLAH and at the same time ask forgiveness from Him and return to Him most humbly.
The fourth tasbeeh in this list is an acceptance of ALLAH’s unmatched glory and our faulty actions. It reminds us to return to ALLAH “now”, this is the right time to accept His oneness and greatest glory as well as our shame about not performing well enough. What was lacking in the past, Insha ALLAH we will try to do that, with ALLAH’s help and support.
Any words of tasbeeh are great but it always shows our love for our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to use those words which was used and recommended by him. ALLAH said in the Quran, that:
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving. Surat l-Isrā17:44
May ALLAH accept us in those who do His tasbeeh more and more. aameen.
