Al Ali - The Most High
Al Ali is One who is The Most High, highest in all qualities and highest in all the possible heights. His Highness is not comparable to any others.
Al Ali is the name of ALLAH that is often used in Quran with name Al Kabeer (The Grand) and Al Azeem (The Greatest). The only One suitable to be said ‘The Absolutely High’ is ALLAH subhanahu wa ta’ala as all others can be compared with each other somehow but He is the Absolute single Creator of everything that exist.
The loss of all kind is written for those who compare ALLAH’s highness with others and who thinks that they can achieve something out of human sources without ALLAH’s hand in that. Those people are truly poor, how much ever they are given wealth or success in this life, they are poor that they are unable to understand the true value of ALLAH - Al Ali. The highness belongs only to ALLAH and he is the absolute authority of every matter.
Another aspect of this name is acceptance of His decisions for His absolute Highness. Many times we have good faith in ALLAH on normal days but when some difficult test comes, we forget the height of His majesty and mercy. This should be avoided with all conscious effort if we want to keep a good image in the eyes of ALLAH. Difficult times come and go but our relationship with ALLAH should remain unshaken and this is the only thing that can make all our difficulties easier. ALLAH Al Ali likes the one who relies in His most high powers.
Al Ali is the one who nurtures, preserves, and saves us every day. On the days we ask Him for safety and even on the days we forget to ask because of hurry or any reason, He being our loving Rab, always makes sure we stay away from all harm unless it comes to us as a test from His side. Moreover for Al Ali doing all this is not something that needs any exhausting effort, it’s actually just the matter of His “kun” and this will “be”.
The human part in this name Al Ali is recognising well The Absolute Highness of ALLAH subhanahu wa ta’ala. The next step after recognition and realization of this highest value of ALLAH is to keep it up in the first place in life and the decisions of life. Now this is the time, in which, our brains should get out of all those confusions and run to choose everything which ALLAH likes and advises. If we can jump away from the traps of shaitan in this way, which will come again and again in the same or different forms, then we can say ourselves the true loving servants of Al Ali. May ALLAH make us one of them. aameen
So even when we decide our world-related matters, it is always better to decide them keeping the words of ALLAH and advice of ALLAH higher up than our own temporary happiness or temporary success. The real wisdom is to get a temporary loss or less height of success for this world and go for the closeness of ALLAH. The real wisdom is to sacrifice a glittering secure future for ALLAH’s everliving respectful and comfortable Jannah with best companions in it. ( Insha ALLAH )
