Al Muta'ali - The Beyond High

Al Muta'ali is the One supreme in His Highness. He is way beyond without comparison and all above exalted both by His existence, authority, and actions.

Muta'al (متعال) is a superlative degree derived from the same root (ع ل و) of those of أعلٰى and تعالىٰ, both of them have a meaning of "high" and “exalted”.

He is the highest in rank and possessor of the noble throne. He is exalted in his pride and greatness, and His glory is above everything that is perceived or understood by his creations.

Rab Al Muta'al is our glorious Rab like whom there is no one else. He is above and beyond our imagination. Human brains cannot reach His true level and the extent of greatness despite being the finest of His creations, but all His creations including us, just try their best to glorify Him.

He is the creator and the owner of His creations. He is the only One who does not have any partner or competitor. He alone is Al Muta’al.

The human share in this name is to surrender and submit with full heart to our most High Rab for His commands and His decisions whether they seem to be good or not so good at that time, we need to believe that He knows the best and He does the best for us.

Also, the intentions of our every action matter the most. The goal and focus of each one of our intentions is to please ALLAH, to be nearer to Him, or atleast not to go far from the straight way going towards Him.

It is important to be conscious and consistent about our focus. It is important to take His guidance continuously and His reminders repeatedly in life so that whenever we lose the way and make mistakes, we get the benefit of returning to Him without delay.
